Returns & Exchanges
- You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes:
- Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs in both directions.
- We reserve the right to refuse any item that does not meet these conditions.
- A 120 EGP fee applies for accepted returns or exchanges and will be deducted from your refund.

Return Process
If you request a return, we will send a courier to collect the item and return it to our office. Once we inspect the item and confirm it meets our return policy, we will contact you to process your refund via bank transfer or wallet.
