Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice.

We may contact you to reconfirm your order if needed.

For custom or personalized orders, please make sure all details (name, color, notes) are correct before placing your order.

📌 By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

🚚 Shipping Time (Egypt)

• Cairo: 4–6 working days
• Giza & Alexandria: 5–7 working days
• Other governorates: 7–10 working days

You will receive a notification once your order is packed and scheduled for shipment.

If you need your order by a specific date, please mention it in the checkout notes or contact us before placing your order.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not comply with this policy.

❗ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

• Personalized or customized items (including items with names or custom colors),
  as they are made specifically for you, unless there is a defect or a mistake from our side.
• Sale or clearance items.

💸 Return Process

If your return request is approved, a courier will be arranged to collect the item and return it to our office.

Once the item is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or electronic wallet.

🪡🧵 Repair Policy 

We offer a repair service for our handmade toys within 6 months of purchase for minor issues only (such as loose stitches or small accessory fixes).

Severely damaged or heavily worn toys cannot be repaired.

Please note that all shipping costs are fully covered by the customer.

📦 سياسة الشحن والاسترجاع

🛒 الطلب

بعد إتمام الطلب، ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني تحتوي على الفاتورة،

وقد نقوم بالتواصل معك لتأكيد الطلب مرة أخرى عند الحاجة.

في حالة الطلبات المُخصصة أو التي تحتوي على اسم، يرجى التأكد من صحة جميع البيانات قبل إتمام الطلب.

📌 بإتمام عملية الشراء، يؤكد العميل اطلاعه وموافقته على سياسة الشحن والاسترجاع.

🚚 مدة التوصيل داخل مصر

• القاهرة: من ٤ إلى ٦ أيام عمل
• الجيزة والإسكندرية: من ٥ إلى ٧ أيام عمل
• باقي المحافظات: من ٧ إلى ١٠ أيام عمل

سيتم إخطارك عند تجهيز الطلب وتحديد موعد الشحن.

إذا كنت بحاجة لاستلام الطلب في تاريخ معين، يُرجى كتابة ذلك في الملاحظات أو التواصل معنا مسبقًا.

🔁 الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من وقت الشراء.
• يُسمح بطلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

الشروط:

• يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية وبالتغليف الأصلي.
• يتحمّل العميل تكلفة الشحن في حالتي الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
• يحق لنا رفض أي طلب لا يطابق شروط السياسة.

❗ منتجات لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها

• المنتجات المصنوعة خصيصًا حسب الطلب (مثل المنتجات التي تحتوي على اسم أو ألوان خاصة)،
  إلا في حالة وجود عيب في التصنيع أو خطأ من جانبنا.
• المنتجات المخفضة أو ضمن العروض.

💸 إجراءات الاسترجاع

بعد الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع، سيتم إرسال مندوب لاستلام المنتج.

وبعد فحص القطعة والتأكد من مطابقتها للشروط، يتم تحويل المبلغ عبر تحويل بنكي أو محفظة إلكترونية

 🪡🧵سياسة الإصلاح

نوفر خدمة إصلاح للعرايس المصنوعة يدويًا خلال ٦ شهور من تاريخ الشراء، وذلك للأعطال البسيطة فقط مثل فك خياطة أو تثبيت جزء صغير.

لا يمكن إصلاح العرايس المتضررة بشكل كبير.

تكاليف الشحن ذهابًا وإيابًا تكون على العميل بالكامل
